The jackpot spins between 5 and 8 million CFA francs, or precisely US$10,000 and US$15,000 dollars in favour of forest and agricultural producers’ organizations (OPFA) based in Togo.
The call for proposals launched under phase 2 of the Forest and Farmers Mechanism (FFF) aims to develop agricultural forestry and landscape-based production systems and inclusive businesses focused on the end market.
Are eligible for this direct investment, OPFAs or local community organizations dealing with forest and agricultural products in Togo and having a bank account.
Applicants should also be producer organizations that focus on integrating agricultural landscapes and forestry, agricultural forestry or community forestry user groups.
The selected OPFAs will receive essential training in governance and financial management.
The requests must be designed in such a way as to be executed within the following 7 months maximum, from the award of direct investments.
In addition to the FFF project, another call for proposals launched in the wake, also aims to grant between 5,000 and 10,000 US dollars to OPFA and other partners for the development of inclusive and innovative businesses for the response to Covid-19.
