Video: Chacha Eke finally breaks silence on her alleged divorce

Five days ago, Nollywood actress and movie producer, Chacha Eke Faani took to her social media page to announce her divorce to her husband.

She has since come under various criticisms especially after it was rumored that she suffered domestic abuse.

Her brother, Ikechukwu Eke earlier today cleared the air about the whole incident saying that his sister was not abused.

Well, the actress has finally opened up about what exactly is going on with her.

In a latest video sighted by, Chacha stated that she wasn’t going to divorce her husband and neither was her husband abusing.

She further explained that she is currently being hospitalized and after series of tests, it was disclosed that she was suffering from bipolar disorder.

She added that Bipolar disease is something most Africans have less knowledge about hence an awareness has to created so that people get to know more about it.

Few weeks ago, American super star, Kim Kardashian faced similar turmoil after her husband Rapper Kanye West who also has a Bipolar disorder accused Kim of cheating and even threatened to divorce her.

Just in case you are curious about Bipolar disorder, it’s a type of disorder associated with episodes of mood swings ranging from depressive lows to manic highs.

The exact cause of bipolar disorder isn’t known, but a combination of genetics, environment and altered brain structure and chemistry may play a role.
